Hi,
       For my brand I've created  a visual report , which explains just what my directions are for my  fashion  brand , these include ; sale channels, competitors, mission statement and customer profile. So check it out

Our Mission Statement
Our aim is to produce cutting edge clothing that appeals to the working women. We do this through are bold but elegant pieces. Our clothing line will not only embody and style our customers but will also take in consideration social awareness, by the use of quality but eco-friendly materials. 
In order to make sure we reach our goals with our products and customers, we have created  some company values  to help guide our company .  These values are:
·         Strive to Be the Best in All We Do:  Our Company, we will try to constantly improve, expand our skills, and strengthen the quality of our work whilst maintaining our original style.
·         Product Perfection: Apart from perfecting our products, we aim to also  prefect our service by improving  the experience  our customers have with us through enhancing  the layout  of our stores and the display of the products  both online and offline. Secondly the way we treat our customers   will also be looked into for further improvement.
·         Improve the image of the brand : whether it be in speeches  or advertisement , our goal is to improve the our image as this will help create better brand awareness. We will do this by  ensuring whatever we put out there  has been checked ,selected and thought through.
Customer Profile
Our customer profile is aimed at women ages 18- 40 who work for a living but have a fun sociable lifestyle. Women who have great fashion taste and aren’t afraid to push the mark with their clothing. We also aim to ensure our customer’s fashion desires are fulfilled by making sure our clothing lines are on trend 24/7 and are highly accessible.
Sales channels
•             Pop up store
•             Online website.
•             Selling through other stores.
Our fashion brand will distribute our clothes   both online and offline.  The brand will firstly have a website where our customers can view our clothes, check out   the latest news, and of course purchase our items. We will also distribute our clothing through other websites such as ASOS, Farfetch as this will help with brand awareness and accessibility.  We also have a pop- up store during the autumn/winter season where Bamba and Jibo’s collection will feature in a store in Oxford Street .
Competitors

Banana Republic- Banana Republic is a clothing and accessories retailer created by Gap Inc. It was originally created and owned in 1978 by Mel and Patricia Ziegler but later bought by Gap who has changed the style to more upscale look.
H&M—H&M is a Swedish mutli-interational retailer for men, women, teenagers and children. It currently in exists in 43 countries with over 104,000 people employed. It is also the third largest global retailer in the world.





Zara- Zara is a Spanish retail and accessories line based in Arteixo, Galicia, made in 1975 by Amancio Ortega and Rosalía Mera. It‘s currently the largest global retailer.
